"The service was above and beyond expectations. My wife had an accident while hiking in Theth, and we had to come immediately back to Shkodër. The people there are very nice, but the city is dirty and rundown, ATMs are very hard to find, and the border crossings are awful.

We enjoyed our trip to the Rozafa Castle despite the rain and we so enjoyed the Rozafa seafood restaurant we went back a second night.
