"Excellent hotel very close to Narita Airport with free shuttle service. Great amenities with several food/beverage choices, a small Japanese rock garden and cherry trees in bloom around the parking area. We enjoyed relaxing at the Coffee Lounge. Wonderful service from staff. Will stay again just to try restaurants on premises - especially the buffet at Serena."

"Hotel is close to the monorail which was a plus plus. Room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Wished the convenient store is bigger and has more ready to eat items in stock. However, there is a Lawson right across the hotel at Hiltons. Highly recommended."

"Very nice breakfast. Clean hotel. Next to the train station and shopping mall. Friendly staff. Bit crowded at times in breakfast, hall, lifts and common areas. "

"The room was spacious new and clean had a beautiful view of the bay. Breakfast was fresh. The only complaint was there was couple of minutes of elevator wait it seems everyday. Enjoyed the hot tub, available towels and hair products. There was a small grocery store, and bar in the building and nearby restaurants. The trains was not to far and available taxi outside. "

"This was a good hotel for sleeping after Disney but there is nothing special about it and if I came back I probably wouldn’t book it again. But overall, it was close to the park and the free shuttle was nice. "
