"Overall the stay was great (Room was good and meals were good too) except for the payment part. Our family stayed for 3 nights and Hotels.com had charged us already for 1 night before the trip. So we should only pay for 2 nights at the hotel after our stay. But they charged us for 3 nights. The reception officer kept saying that we needed to pay for 3 nights. After trying to reason with him, I spoke to the manager, who confirmed we only needed to pay for 2 nights.
