"It was one of my best hotel stays. It was expensive but it's totally worth it. You felt welcome the moment you stepped off the shuttle. Hotel staffs were great and attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, food quality and selection were all top notch. Onsen on the 5th and 6th floor, got to try both of them to feel the different atmosphere. Foot spa at the main floor. If you need privacy, tub and swing chair on your balcony is another option. Love everything, definitely will go back again! "

If you have large luggage and need a ride to the station, you should book the hotel ride as soon as you check in. Otherwise, there are no taxis available in the morning. "

She checked us in very quick, helped to provide dining options, gave information on how to take local transportation to Kawaguchiko and even came to our room to provide utensils for my family to enjoy our dinner in iur room.
