"Great hotel and friendly staff. Note for the check in: you cannot self check in as Expedia does not provide a QR code or the other necessary information"

"The hotel location is a long walk from the train station but very close to the Cathedral and lots of restaurants and pubs. The room was clean and nice and the restaurant was good for a late dinner and for breakfast."

"Just checked out of the Premier Inn Belgrade Plaza Coventry and I don’t think I’ve had such a mixed hotel experience in a long time. Mixed cos on one hand the room quality, the bedding, the air conditioning, overall cleanliness of the lifts, toilets, common passageways were all quite good, but on the other hand, the utter lack of human connect from their staff was baffling. "Location is terrible. Literally next to the homeless shelter and there is nothing else commercial on the block. The only restaurant is inside the hotel and they “had a large party so we would need to wait a long time to be served.” So basically we had to walk past the homeless crowd two blocks to even find food. Not family friendly at all. Only perk was the breakfast was decent. Too bad we needed dinner."

"Good"

"Very convenient location. The staff was excellent!"
