"Good value, great location. Had an issue with the name change of the hotel and ending up at the wrong branch (hotel owner has two establishments) but was recitified and tranferred to the correct one. Keep your payment references as I was asked by three seperate members of staff about payment that had been made online previously."

"Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Was able to get the shower fixed to have hot water. The only downside was not having street lighting on the road so it would not be the safest to walk around at night. 10 min walk to the beach"

"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...
