"The hotel is adequate. Our room was spacious enough to make our 5 nights stay comfortable. Its biggest plus is access to the grand baths across the road. On-site bakery is great. There is no reception as such, staff from bakery multi task. The main issue was Wi-Fi or lack of it on the 6th floor."

The only thing I was a little sad about is that I wished for longer onsen hours, especially for guests with late flights. Breakfast was okay — not a lot of variety, but enough to be satisfying. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay right at the airport."

"As a North American traveler, you need to make sure you select a western room that has a shower. Some of the rooms do not have a shower and you need to use the baths. This is a problem if you have a morning flight as the bath not open early enough. It is also a problem if you think you can shower in your own room."
