"I booked a room in this property and was phoned an hour or 2 later to say it was double booked. I was then told that they had an annex down the road that I could stay in, I asked what it was like and they said it was comfortable so I drove to the lodge to be met at reception and was told to follow a guy to the annex, I was expecting to walk but then had to follow him in my car where he took me to the gateway crossroads in Cleckheaton which looked like a drug den it was disgusting, I asked him...
