"The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Place was nice pretty much as advertised. It was very clean. Very nice views out the windows and balcony. It was a bit noisy (happy noise) during the day with school children playing nearby. At night, noise was typical for what you would find in a big city. Only one thing that could be improved is the signage going in and out of the building is not very clear an we were having to try different doors to see which one led to the elevator. That was not a problem but if there was a fire it might be...

We also really appreciated the fact that so many of the amazing attractions in Kent are within easy striking distance. The host was extremely helpful, friendly and informative whilst not in any way encroaching on our privacy. We cannot recommend this property more highly."

"Was very disappointed. Labelled ‘entire apartment’ ‘kitchen’ ‘1 bathroom’. It’s not an apartment it’s a room. Then it’s a shared bathroom with 2 other rooms. Not cheap, so I consider it mis-selling and have complained as such."
