"Super easy to check in. Room facilities are also well maintained. We like that there are kitchen facilities. It would be great if there were laundry facilites."
"The unit is spacious and very clean, and worth the extra drive if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay. Note, though, that although the loft can sleep several people, the ceiling is only about four feet high and hitting your head can be a problem! Also, there is no coffee, tea or and condiments provided so be sure to bring your own. The check in was a problem for us, ensure you can make a Japan phone call if needed which we did."
"Apartment was fully equipped, spacious, convenient as near transport hub and shopping mall and streets. Plenty of food options and near Toyota rental-a-car."
"DON’T STAY FOR SAFETY REASONS
Worse property experience from seasoned travellers.
Had to vacate due to strong and nauseating gas like smell from kitchen even with window and door opened.
Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use.
Expedia’s Virtual Agent (only form of communication) woeful in addressing the matter. Was initially told to stay and monitor the situation and wait for 2-3 hours for a response. Can’t...

"Dormy Inn is a well-run hotel chain with consistent quality and service across the hotels. We love the yogurt drinks, ramen and ice cream. Dormy Inn is our top choice when visiting Japan. The room was clean and comfortable actually slightly more spacious especially the bathroom. The onsen is excellent with high quality water and clean and sauna. There is a reason why you can feel the difference staying here--the rooms are often sold out. We love Japan and would stay in Dormy Inn if near our destinations. Great Stay!!!"
A verified traveler stayed at Dormy Inn Asahikawa Natural Hot Spring
"Hotel staff was super friendly, especially the housekeepers. The room was bigger than I had expected and the room temperature very comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. I opted for breakfast which was a good choice. It was delicious with many options (sausage, roast beef, bacon, marinated pork, ramen, etc). And the breakfast staff was fantastic. So considerate, helpful and friendly. I really looked forward to seeing them every morning (9 nights). It was also close to the train station which made my coming and going convenient."
A verified traveler stayed at Premier Hotel Cabin Asahikawa
"Super close to the station. Bathrooms and public areas were clean. But walls are thin and i had a snoring neighbor and my walls vibrated.
Face wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided but lotions are not. There are items you can rent like humidifiers, hair irons, and hair dryers but they are limited in quantity. Overall great stay! "
