The room was large, clean and well equipped. Gave me everything I needed and more. I will definitely stay again at a Section L property without hesitation. Highly recommended."

"Overall extremely positive impressions regarding the apartment, hosts, and location. Quiet side street close to a small park and elementary school. 25-30 min walk to main train station and Ginza and ~5 min walk to 2 metro stations. Private entrance with staircase to upper floor two level apartment. There are 2 sleeping areas, one with a western traditional 2 person bed separated by sliding panels and a large elevated loft area with tatami pad bedding. Very spacious and comfortable for 2 adults....

"We booked this hotel because it was very cheap. It had tons of amenities, full kitchen, laundry. This is far from hotel quality. It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. The kitchen counter, stove, fridge, microwave were all dirty with food...

"There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "

I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating.
