"Location was great as it was so close to Sapporo Station with underground access as well. Rooms were clean and offered daily towel service and rubbish removal if we wanted it. Coin laundry available in the hotel.
The only disappointment was that they hold luggage for only one day. I saw on their website that they hold luggage free of charge (like many other hotels we have stayed at), however upon check-out, we were told that they hold luggage only for a day and we weren’t returning until 4 days later. Luckily there were storage lockers at Sapporo Station, however at a cost of 800 yen per day and we had 4 bags. Had I known that they didn’t offer extended luggage holding at no charge, we would have stayed elsewhere. Other than that, the hotel was great."
