"From the moment we checked in the experience could not have been better. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room when the receptionist noticed my mother’s wheelchair ‘to make it easier’ - a very thoughtful touch. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with coffee/tea/biscuits, robes, slippers etc. we dined in the informal restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent, food delicious and prompt. We loved that there was a shop inside the hotel for any forgotten items and late night snacks. Overall an excellent stay, superb staff and excellent location for terminal 5 - we found it easily although the signage is small."

"Mostly very good, the room was a little cramped and the kettle had to be used on the carpet as the lead was too short to plug into the socket, just a little uncomfortable on the safety side but apart from that we had a nice stay, thanks"

"This property backs onto the Thames River. Rooms facing the river are quiet. We enjoyed our stay. There are walking paths along both sides of the Thames. Sainsbury & other services close by, plus numerous restaurant choices. Hotel has a bar & restaurant, but we didn’t eat or drink there. Looked fine. Rooms were clean. No lift at this property. Staff very kindly assisted in bringing our heavier bags upstairs to our rooms. We managed to get them downstairs on our own. Property is close to Heathrow Terminal 5, so easy access there. Can recommend this property especially for one or two nights in transit. Staines is a pretty part of outer London with swans swimming on the Thames."

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"
