"No where to check in or out . No one on the premises. Did find someone who didnt speak english. Had to wait for the owner to arrive. . Rooms dirty. decor nice but not done to nice standard. No one on site over night and no contact number given ICE. No one on site in the morning to check out and nowhere to leave key. just left in room . sash Windows in room do not stay open had to use a cup to hold it up. no fan or aircon. "Nice property overall, location can’t be beat, walkable to Windsor and Eton and the river. No hot water the first day, difficult to get a hold of staff as there is no overnight staffing. Emergency and contact numbers were out of date, manager didn’t pick up her mobile phone because they didn’t recognise the number calling, which we thought was odd. Water issue was remedied. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? "Greeted on arrival and all was explained as I was shown to my room. The room and bathroom were clean. Bedside lamp had USB points which was convenient. Breakfast was simple although three out of the six tables had not been cleared after guests that had been and gone by 9:00 - in fact I didn't see any staff at all in the morning before I left at 10:00 although it had been explained that I could simply leave in the morning with no checkout required."

"We stayed here for two nights while attending a service at the church. The owners are charming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was adequate for the two nights, we found it difficult to maintain the heat balance in the room and it was fairly chilly in the pub , the good food and atmosphere made up for this. Apartment is very accessible and secure with digital locks at the gate and front door. Overall I’d recommended staying here, but the only negative was the beds.
