"Very nice hotel and convenient to access from Narita Airport."

"The welcome lady staff at the door is very efficient in taking over our luggages when we arrived and depart to take the airport limousine. The breakfast buffet is not up to standard in quality based on the price we paid. The lobby is not welcoming as it is too big and there are no complimentary coffee or water in the foyer for the guests like other hotels of similar status."
