"The suite was clean and beautiful. We had such a relaxing time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options."

"Staff were very nice. We only spoke English and they were able to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and again the staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and room was cleaned every day. They gave us fresh water bottles every day. I would stay there again."

"Our favorite hotel! Really enjoy soaking good quality hot spring in our own room, with views of mountains, Hot spring tub is lined with natural stone. The shower and bath area is good size and super clean! Will definitely come back to stay."

"乾淨客房、但服務人員引導不足（如電視機配對使用指引、電動車充電樁位置），讓人稍嫌可惜。"

"It was adequate."

"Nice view, close to beach and fish market. Enjoy the hot springs. Will visit again"

"Clean room , good service, nice breakfast"

"The outdoor pools / hot springs are very nice. Just look away on those general issues old facilities would have"

"Great location, good service, friendly staffs Will stay again"

"I had a great stay at the Hotel Royal Beitou. The hotel is a short walk from the metro, the property is well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly. It's an easy walk to Beitou Park, and in the evening I enjoyed relaxing in a comfortable and clean room with my personal soaking tub with hot natural spring water. I will book again when returning to Beitou!"

"Amazing stay, highly recommend."

"It is a vey nice hotel. The only thing I do not understand is why the last entry for the breakfast is 9:00am. That is very unusual while we can stay inside the restaurant until 10:00am. The 9:00am is a bit early for those who are on vacation especially Taipei is full of night activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hot spring available inside the room is nice especially if you love to lie down in the bathtub to enjoy the moment of relaxation."

"We dont encounter any problem during our overnight stay.all I had to saids is owner job well done.so kind.accomodating.hands on owner.recommendable place and safe to stay.also within the tourist area.vrry accessible by walk."

"Very nice staff and nice environment "

"The place is old but very helpful staffs. Convenient location and public transportation."
