"The laundry room Facility was outdated. The pool grounds had cigarette butts inside the swimming area and garbage on the outside of the fence. And the water was murky. The elevators were old and were down for a short time. But in today’s world, it is hard to keep things nice. The staff there was impeccable. Over the years, I have never met more wonderful people than I have at this hotel. It was a very comfortable room."
