The owners must have this seen to ASAP as we noticed damp walls in front bedroom and lounge either side of windows.2. Also no mirrors or waste bins in each of the bedrooms which are needed as bathroom downstairs.3. Importantly when entering property there is no Doormat, no outside shoe rack...

"Cottage in the most stunning location and the views breathtaking. Large cottage but the main bedroom with the en-suite a small bedroom . The bedroom downstairs with the single beds , dark and not inviting, a few flies. Large kitchen , lovely agar. Plenty of pots and glasses etc.Would benefit from an American style fridge as the food for 6 people and 2 children did not all fit in the fridge. "We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"This was a fantastic cottage with wonderful amenities and set in the most beautiful location. Peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed walks to the beach and to town every day. Comfortable and clean with plenty of room. The entertainment garage was a bonus. "
