"This property is so amazing and honestly has potential to fully push for more. I think they act like they know so every guest needs that special treatment all the time. They should know that other guests are from "Royal Service" background so never judge a book by the cover. I love it and i will definitely book again for front facing room on the 3rd floor. "My stay was good someone helped with suitcase to room 8 as no lift Girl on reception was not sure about my request for walk in shower don't think she understood what I required Room had a walk in shower. Staff were excellent other than that"
