They should know that other guests are from "Royal Service" background so never judge a book by the cover. I love it and i will definitely book again for front facing room on the 3rd floor. "My stay was good someone helped with suitcase to room 8 as no lift Girl on reception was not sure about my request for walk in shower don't think she understood what I required Room had a walk in shower. Staff were excellent other than that"
