Staff is extremely helpful though not much English spoken. No concierge to arrange excursions, but staff did research & found what i wanted"

"The front end staff spoke English. We had no difficulty at all. A pleasant stay. You do have to register to use the pool in a form online. The form is not English friendly. We had to use a translation app. This could be improved. You get to use the pool for 1 1/2 hours to avoid over crowding. "
