"Had an amazing stay with my family. The apartment is in a great location. We walked about 15 minutes to the Shibuya crossing, had a family mart down the block, great vegan restaurant at the lobby entrance and very close to many restaurants, train stations and shopping. The location was superb. The apartment was clean and cozy. Great for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. "

"I never got the check-in email and had to call to get it. This place had a smell. It didn’t look clean. It was incredibly noisy. The blinds were damaged and did not block out the streetlight. The internet was really poor. It was so bad we couldn’t stay there and went somewhere else. If your used to staying at a hostel then this place might be ok for you."

"The property was fine and clean, but the layout was very strange and inconvenient with the one small bathroom set apart from the shower/bath. And the bathroom was very tiny and with no trash can. The beds were very comfortable though and clean. The pull out/convertible sofa bed was dirty and stained. Overall, not bad, but I would rather opt to stay in a hotel the next visit. "

"Hot water was an issue. Talk to owner and they said there was a message about the hot water which I did not receive. Over all it was a great spot and would definitely rent again if hot water situation get handled "

"washer, no dryer, nice balcony for hanging things. tub was excellent, no shower stool. nice little kitchen with dishes. tv was basic, no casting, no bluetooth. beds were comfy but have to crawl over one to get to the other. closet was big. very close to train station and right in the middle of the neighborhood. near all shops. great security. great location. "
