"Professional and friendly staff. Stayed one night before my flight at NRT airport the next day. I had breakfast included. I showed up 25 minutes before the breakfast buffet closed, and it looked like they were already getting things done for the morning. They were able to accommodate me even when I forgot my breakfast pass in my room, one of the staff members asked for my room number instead."

"Hotel Mystays was surrounded by greenery and exclusive, plenty of buses and trains for transportation. The property also had a beautiful pond outside filled with gorgeous koi fishes. The premier suite exceeded my expectations, I had two bathrooms, two televisions, and a huge bathtub, which was separate from the bidet toilets. I had my own living room area, and sliding doors which would separate the living room area from the king sized bed in the suite. Overall worth every penny. Loved this place!! "

"Stayed two separate nights. Excellent breakfast buffet with a great selection among western and Asian palates. Second night we stayed, our room had been upgraded. IHG rewards allowed us to have a later check out time and the program is freely to join. Gym is adequate and the pool was good. There’s a soccer pitch located on site and beside it, an outdoor barbecue place, which was a nice social gathering spot. The upstairs restaurant has a decent selection of whiskies. Transportation to and from the airport is free and can be picked up from bus stop 16 at Narita Airport. The trip going to or from the airport is about 10 minutes; convenient."

"We enjoyed our stay, housekeeping was kind enough to leave a bag of towels and other amenities on our door side. The AC was especially great considering how hot it was outside. Will definitely be staying at APA again."
