"Good sized room with comfortable bed that is in the heart of the city with easy access to nightlife and L1. However room was like a sauna with only a small fan to cool the room which was insufficient. This caused a broken nights sleep as it was impossible to get comfortable. Also bin in the bathroom was not cleaned after last guest which creates questions on cleanliness. Could not get the wifi to work or use smart TV features."

"Overall the staff at reception were so approachable helpful and pleasant it made the stay very comfortable. Breakfast was extensive choices. Spa was disappointing no appointments for spa treatments available and no jacuzzi! Would return."

"Fantastic stay at the Moxy! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and down to earth, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar had an amazing selection of drinks, and there were plenty of fun activities at the hotel. The hotel is quirky and full of character. We stayed in a family room with four adults and were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-designed it was, with a divider that gave everyone a bit of privacy. Would definitely stay again!"

"I stayed at this hotel for over a month and had a fantastic experience. Brunilda was exceptional throughout—amiable, friendly, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. She always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and boasts beautiful river views across Salford, with swans and ducks often visible on the water, creating a peaceful atmosphere. While all the staff were polite and helpful, Brunilda’s outstanding service truly stood out. Thank you for making my stay such an enjoyable one."
