"House is very new, beautifully laid off and exceptionally well stocked. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms made this house perfect for our larger group. full living room and extra "tv space" upstairs made it comfortable for everyone to find some quiet space. Back yard was still under construction, so I'm sure when this is done and a back deck is completed this space will be a favourite!! Host was very quick to respond to everything ... Highly recommend this space!!"

"The host initially looked confused when I showed up for my booking (booked about a month ago), said the hostess did not mention anything about the booking, he took about 15 mins to change the linens and get the room ready, but after that, everything was smooth. The place was quiet, very clean, linen smelled fresh, there was also a kitchen to prep a quick breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, thank you for hosting us."

"Great communication from host, quiet neighbourhood, good sized bedrooms. Spent the weekend with my brothers and my niece and nephew and it was so much better than trying to stay in a hotel room. We were able to sit in the living room and visit, and the kids were able to watch the tv when they got tired from all the running around we weee doing at tourist locations. Would stay again! "Perfect for a large group with many sleeping options. Had lots of dishes, glasswear and options for cooking. The host was very helpful to me and my needs and had good communication. If i needed a big house in Edmonton I would stay here again."

"We experienced no surprises with the property or during our stay. Communication with the host was quick and efficient in all cases. The kitchen was slightly under stocked when it came to cookware but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all, the pictures and listing did the property justice and we were happy with our stay."

"This property was perfect for our family to stay together for a convocation at U of A. Location was convenient, beds were comfortable, and office was ideal for those who needed to work virtually. Would definitely stay here again should we need accommodation in Edmonton. It would have been nice to have been given the Wi Fi password, when we were sent the key code, rather than having to ask for it, but that was a very minor inconvenience.
