"Be warned… parked in front of the hotel for 5 minutes to run upstairs and grab our luggage. In those 5 minutes, I received an €80 parking fine. It was almost like they watch the hotels and hand out tickets as a money making opportunity. The hotel room was great. The water in the shower never got above lukewarm. That was disappointing. They try and run the hotel understaffed. No one to help with luggage, etc. "

Fantastic gem in Jerez

"Beautiful, stylish and very comfortable boutique hotel property in a historic house very close to Jerez Cathedral. Our room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and beautifully furnished. The rooftop terrace has gorgeous views of the cathedral and there were many thoughtful touches around the property, including a self service bar and an excellent breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and Air BNBs over the years and this genuinely would make my top 10 list. Very highly recommended!"

"The reception staff were excellent: courteous, friendly, and very helpful. They were the strong point of the hotel. The wifi very intermittent and unfortunately in our room the air conditioning was ineffective. When we left the lovely helpful lady at reception made me have fond thoughts about our stay. Perhaps it sounds strange but the human interaction is so important. We were both not there for one night."
