"Good place to stay"

"Terri at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice! The room was big and clean. Stores we needed were a short drive away. Restaurants and fast food were either walking distance or a short drive. The room phones didn't work but she said they were getting that fixed. The pool was a little dirty. It looked like things from the road blowing in. "

"The property is beautiful! The outside area is really nice with the different seating areas, putting green, pool, Chautauqua lake view and Carousel bar! All the staff were super friendly. We did not eat at the restaurant as it's kind of pricey but did order pizza from the bar. It was good but the descriptions sounded better than the actual pizza was. We will definitely stay again when the price is right. It gets kind of pricey so we watch for the deals!"

"Breakfast was good. The bed should have been firmer. The towels should have been better "

"We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels. This one met our needs perfectly. Not fancy but nice and clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast. 👍Coffee was great. We would stay here again and would recommend. "

"Really beautiful property. It's a large resort but doesn't have elevators, so keep this in mind. Fortunately, we were only on the second floor. Family friendly with a lot of kids at the pool."
