"The room was filthy when we arrived. Feces in the toilet seat and blood stains on the bedding. We got a room with 2 beds to fit 4 people. We revived 3 towels, when we went down to ask for more towels so everyone could shower with their own we were told we had to bring our old ones down and we could not get anymore than 3 at a time. When we went back for the 4th person to shower we were told they were out of towels so we had to share used towels! Also, for the dirty bedding we went down and asked for new bedding, to no surprise they were out and we were not able to receive new bedding just a sheet and some pillow cases. The lady working the desk 3/22 in the morning and 3/20 in the night was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. But the young gentleman working 3/21 in the night was very kind and actually gave us 4 towels so we didn’t have to share! The hotel is also advertised with a pool that was closed. The breakfast was also terrible, it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the breakfast. We were only in the hotel to sleep and shower. 0/10 would recommend if you like to stay somewhere clean. We understand it’s not a 5 star hotel but basic cleanliness should be a priority."

"It's nice. Staff are great. I had some concerns about exposed electrical outlets. One didn't have a cover and another the cover was loose and not covering the hole at all. "

"The hotel reeked of weed when I checked in. Friendly front desk attendant; room seemed clean, bed was comfy; only warm water for shower, never got hot. Overall the hotel is very dated and not well kept. The breakfast was sparse, cereal, packaged sweet pastry, yogurt. The coffee was horrible, tasted like hot water. Overall, disappointing stay"

"Air conditioner worked great. The room was huge. Very few outlets for charging my phone and they all seemed loose, my plug couldn't make a good fit. At 04:00 I got up to use the washroom and found a big bedbug on the floor under the sink. I killed him and started packing. When the day arrived I received a full refund."

"We most enjoyed the lobby bar and grill. Taylor, the bartender, is an outstanding mixologist and bar conversationalist. We enjoyed chatting with her very much. She recommended the food available through the bar area, prepared by chef Bryce, which was excellent. I had the Pulled Pork Sliders with BBQ sauce, seasoned fries, and unusual slaw--all were delicious and memorable. This experience stands out because one doesn't expect such high quality service and food at a mid-level hotel. Highly recommended!"
