"A great stay. The hotel staff were all brilliant. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast great. Rooms very well designed."

"On arrival we were told by Reception staff that no breakfasts were included in our booking. We had to contact Hotels.com and send them a screenshot of the original booking form before the hotel would honour the contract. It appears that Hotels.com had not communicated the breakfast included option. Our room was not cleaned after day one: the Reception staff said that room cleaning was now an option which has to be requested. After hundreds of stays all over the world, that news was a first for us. The hotel was super, with great amenities. Apart from the above niggles, we’d recommend the hotel to others. "

"We were looking for a quiet, comfortable spot for a few days to unwind. The Dales fit the bill perfectly. The location is such that whilst the hotel is in the heart of the countryside, it is also close to many Norfolk attractions and holiday spots. The staff were professional, attentive and personable. For us, there was everything to like about this hotel."

"This B&B is the definition of cheap and cheerful. Comfortable room with everything we needed, but definitely no frills. Great location with the shop and a pub who serve food including a fantastic cooked breakfast next door. 10 minute walk into Sheringham, which is a lovely little town and the same to the steam train. The B&B is unserviced, you collect the key from the shop and breakfast is continental and help yourself - but as said, the pub next door does a great Full English. A contact number is provided for any issues and wifi code is in the room. As a comfortable, convenient place to stay when out sightseeing it’s spot on!"
