"I had a wonderful experience at Chelsea Hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and efficient, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. "It was a very comfortable stay. I like how the staff had the initiative to check on me and asked me if my room needs cleaning. Location wise it is close to airport but a bit of a walk to bus stop. The rooms amenities were also complete with the microwave, TV, towels, flat iron,hair dryer, coffee maker and vault safe. Just a few improvements - aircon was a bit noisy and crancky. I also hope there are room slippers and a bathroom matt to dry off the floors. But all in all it was a very very excellent stay."
