"My suite room 218 had no door, which gave me no privacy. This suite shouldn’t be called a suite. The two days I was there the elevator didn’t work. I want a refund. Calling and getting the run around. False advertising for the suite and no elevator You gotta do better and I am a member "

"The hotel appeared to be older and the hallways could use some updating but our room was very large and appeared to updated not long ago. The bed was comfy and I got the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Hotel was in a quiet area with no road noise and free onsite parking which is hard to find in Indy. The only downside is there is no breakfast option. Definitely would stay again. "
