"I like that I was able to check in early. The staff speaks English and we’re really friendly and accommodating. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff helped us with our bags in immediately took them inside and as soon as we checked in they brought the back to our rooms. We had a free mini bar that had water always in it. The room also had a coffee maker and hairdryer. The room had a really nice air conditioning that cools off the room really nicely. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. One of the best hotels to stay at in Paris."

"Lovely hotel, stayed 2 nights. Central location, staff friendly and helpful. For us breakfast wasn't the best, hash browns were rock hard both days and where on day 1, the plates were cleaned away before putting cutlery down day 2 the place was not cleaned in time and tables left dirty. Tv signal snd WiFi not the best either, would definitely stay again if needing a heathrow stopover., but without breskfast"

"It was a very cozy, small space with a lovely bathroom and hangout area. We learned upon arrival if two guests are sharing the same pod, they both will need to have individual access on their phones. After a long travel, it is something good to know beforehand, so you can go straight to your nest. The pod had lots of outlets and adjustable fun lighting. The AC will not go below 19 degrees and unevenly is distributed throughout the pod. So, my friends was very cold and I was burning out. Overall, I would come back again"

"Awesome location, walkable even me with a cane to Big Ben, palaces London eye etc. Food super pricey at restaurant 2 salads 2 drinks was about 150 cdn Glitzy and glammy, would stay again"

"Room was clean, staff is friendly & helpful. Lights were awkward, for example, you could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on additional lights. Lobby is somewhat loud, like a bar. Bottled water provided in room daily, which was great. Good location for tube connections."

"Clean room, lovely breakfast however the heat and lack of fans/air con was an issue in the heatwave. Struggled to sleep. Beds were comfortable though. Would stay here again and good value for money."

"Central London, very clean and very convenient location. The hotel was fantastic, the room a bit too small, but I guess the offer larger rooms for more money. Overall, I loved the hotel. Did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel because there were many other options to eat outside."
