Lavendula Swiss-Italian Lavender farm presents the visitor with a particularly mellow day out. Head for Daylesford, Victoria and then meander through Hepburn Springs to find it. Highlights include - - a farmhouse created by Swiss-Itailian migrants in 1851; - a gourmet cafe using produce from the farm's market garden; - gentle walks and farm animals (no wellies required) - fields of sweet smelling lavender One visit had us hooked.
