"We wish we could give the staff more than 5 stars, truly some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced. On more than one occasion, they went above and beyond their normal duties to make sure we were taken care of. When my wife became ill the night before our departure and all the luggage carts were in use, a staff member (Christine) personally helped us move our bags without hesitation. It was an act of kindness we won’t forget. The bar and restaurant staff were equally incredible; they were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Steph and Brittney treated us like friends, not just customers, and made every meal feel like a relaxing, personal experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it’s the people who made our stay exceptional. We’re incredibly grateful and would absolutely stay here again."

"We highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is in close proximity to a great Indian restaurant down the hill and the American Shakespeare Center's Blackfriar Theater right next door. We were thrilled to experience a great performance of The Winter's Tale. We also appreciated that the hotel was willing to correct the date of our reservation at the same rate (we accidentally reserved the following night). "
