"I liked the customer service I received upon check-in and the room was clean and comfortable. I did not like the bed linens, made me itchy, and the noise coming from the second floor. I checked out early as a result of this. I checked out at midnight."
"Staff was only positive. No value for the cost. No pluses. TV and internet (only included items) did not work properly in our room. Notified front desk, a very nice gentleman rebooted the TV but still had continued buffering while attempting to watch a movie. We could have stayed at the Hampton Inn for less and gotten breakfast."
"We were given room keys and when we went into the room, it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were messed up and trash was still left on the dressers. We immediately went back out to the front desk and Katherine apologized and moved us to a different room. When we went in to that room, it appeared clean but the bathroom sink was full of dirty water. Katherine came in and fixed it immediately.
