"I debated writing this review but after staying in 3 other rentals during our trip, this was the only disappointing booking we had. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. Upon entering the home it was very noticeable that none of the floors had be cleaned. After getting a response...

"This property is just as advertised. We did not come at a time to hunt or view the cranes. Instead we chose this property because of its quiet countryside and distance from cities. It is just that. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We enjoyed bringing some meals from home since we were going to be a distance from towns. Very relaxing place to unwind after both days touring the Pioneer Village in Minden."

"Our visit was for a funeral. We picked this location because we had to bring our fur baby. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel in case he barked while we were attending the funeral. The location was easy to access just on the outskirts of town. Quite little neighborhood. "

"1900's build with some lovely upgrades. Enjoyed the patio and fenced yard for our dog! Great wifi, appliances, and electronics. Host was fantastic with easy check in and quick response to questions."
