"Hotel under construction so every floor has dirty rugs, piles of debris near the elevators. Room was fine, bed comfortable, shower was good. Half fridge froze all our veggies. Breakfast supposed to have a hot portion but didn't either day. Pkg lot is too small, it's a struggle to fund a spot each day."

"All the staff were friendly and nice 😊 The hotel was clean. Conveniently located to grocery stores coffee shops and restaurants! Only about 15 minutes to the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater. We were there for a concert on Friday night, decided to stay until Sunday! Pool and hot tub could be updated. Otherwise, everything was good. They do offer a hot breakfast buffet for a fee. We didn’t try it but it looked pretty good…"

"the room was clean except there was no body wash in the refillable dispensers. we had to ask for it at the front desk. we also mentioned that the sliding “barn door” of the bathroom was hard to close and needed to be greased. they said they would send maintenance but never did. on the day of check out the wallpaper completely unraveled."
