You get what you pay for

The property was a great location and management was easy to get a hold of. A picture of the house would be great so you know what you are looking for. Otherwise it can be difficult to find. Its the first street after the school and then turn right. The house is on the left directly across from the school basketball hoop. The house is outdated, but it was better than my expectations. The downstairs has huge roaches, the cabinets have a cat urine odor, and the circuit braker kept popping so the ac units down stairs kept turning off. The front door kept jaming, so we had problems getting back inside the house, at one point we were stuck outside and it was very hot out! There was not enough towels and toilet paper for 16 people. Overall this house had a lot of minor and big inconveniences that effected our vacation. This would be a great house if they fixed it up given the location of it. Instead they kind of just threw it together and made it more of a hassle to stay in.
