"I was told there would be heat in my tent. There was not. I spent one night out of a 5 night rental. I spent the other 4 nights in the hospital with pneumonia. It was 40°, raining and windy. My accommodations were a bed with sheets and a bedspread. I was extremely cold. When contacted about a refund ..."
