"This is a decent Motel. It's less than 10 minutes from the Boardwalk. There isn't much traffic in the general vicinity, meaning it's quiet. Check in was easy, fast and straight forward. They had free wifi and provided the password at check in. The room was clean. The AC worked. There was plenty of hot water. They provided plenty of towels. They had cable TV.
