"Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast provided offered a wide range of choice. Full English breakfast was very good. The accommodation was more than adequate and was spacious and freshly clean. The only criticism is the lack of a lift to the rooms. Having to carry travel luggage up the stairs and down again on check out, without staff assistance, could be difficult for some. "

"Lovely hotel - great reception staff who are friendly, welcoming and have a great sense of humour. The staff at breakfast did not interact much but simply did their job. The breakfast was good and refilled regularly . With poached eggs able to be ordered freshly . The night time bar staff felt like they did not want to be there and gave that impression that they were doing the basics to do their job. The bedroom I had which was the executive room had a great bed, sofa and bathroom with bath tub. Toiletries were from the white company - nice touch The hotel is in a great location near the town centre . Great value for money .. recommended "
