"Property is miles down a gravel road with no places to eat close by. The room had a smell when first entering but we left it open for a bit and went away. It was clean, beds comfortable, mini refrigerator in room, microwave down the hall. Bring your own food, there is nothing for miles. WiFi worked intermittently I feel overpriced "
