Negatives: Could not use water to cook/drink(fine print of contract did say this), could not use wood stove, TV so old you can't log in to netflix or any other app to stream, too many thermostats to adjust, hodge podge of cooking pots and utensils, dinning furniture structurally questionable, very drafty. "Enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed, was quiet with great view. However, building itself and condo are older and could use some updates and refreshing/paint. Pool was nice but tennis courts a disaster - should not be advertised with property…court covered in slick moss and pine needles (no upkeep) and therefore unusable."
