Coffeemaker, listed as a Keurig, ended up being a standard 12 cup pot which is fine, but it was dirty. I ran a clean cycle, still dirty. "Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me."
