"We rented this cute home which was centrally located, had river access and allowed our dogs. The place was great and well appointed. Abbey was sooooo responsive to all of our needs!! She returned our texts very quickly and even delivered a new coffee maker to us when we realized that there was no carafe for the existing coffee maker. The location adjacent to the river was perfect and even managed a fire in the backyard fire pit for which there was ample firewood supplied. I would not hesitate...

There are additional costs for the cabin to use linens and trash pickup. I appreciate he offered us the opportunity to take our own linens, towels and dispose of our trash to save on costs. "Exactly as described. Little cottage in the middle of woods. Easy to find. Loved having a fire pit to sit outside next to. Responsive owner when we had an issue. Definitely would stay again!"

"On arrival, we found our cozy cabin to be just as advertised. Everything was clean and ready for us to relax and enjoy. The host is very responsive when needed. Speaking of being needed...I lost our keys and Chris stayed in touch and worked out the details to get us in the cabin. I later found the keys at a trail head in New Hampshire! FYI, keep the keys in the cabin lock box when you leave. I hope to return soon and stay here again! Top notch!!!"

"I stayed here with my 8 year old grandson. We were comfortable and felt safe. I was concerned before I got there about feeling safe. The treehouse is up the hill from the office and the owners live there by the office and work hard at keeping the property safe and well groomed. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable."
