"Booked via a travel agency for a Saturday night stay. On arrival, hotel was locked, dark, and no one answered the phone. The next morning, no one was there. Requested a refund and was denied. "

"The room had a very nice view of the city and surrounding mountains. It was spacious and had every thing I needed. There is a nice terrace also with a good view . Most people were having tea, but they serve nice food as well. I enjoyed the chicken lüla kebabs amd they were tasty."

"The hotel has poor access for almost 5 kms -unpaved road, very difficult to reach. Rooms are at different levels -not easily accessible. This information should be provided at booking time so one can make an informed choice . Hotel is very far from Sheki city"
