The hotel itself is spotless – from the beautifully maintained public areas to the pristine rooms. Our room was spacious, elegant, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after days spent exploring the wonders of Cairo. Speaking of which, returning to the Four Seasons after visiting the awe-inspiring historical sites – some over 4,000 years old – truly felt like coming home. One particularly thoughtful touch really stood out: the person who cleaned my room not only tidied everything immaculately but even placed a bookmark in my book. That level of attention to detail speaks volumes. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to friends and family? Without hesitation. Out of 10? A solid 10"

"The rooms were very clean, food honestly average, but just 200 mtrs from marriot mena to walk and go but what made our stay even better was the two ladies at the front desk, they were so welcoming, polite and accomodating and always smiling. "Started out as a bit of a disaster as my luggage didn't arrive for almost 2 days but the staff sorted me out with pj's and other essentials to keep me going. The welcome at Kempinski was as always, warm and friendly. My room had a view out over my favourite river, the stunning Nile. I received fresh fruit and sweet treats as a welcome gift,👌. The room was spotless, with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. The amazing staff took great pride in how clean they kept the rooms and always checked to see if you needed anything. Some of the lovely staff on my floor were, Mohammed, Karim and Ahmed just to mention a few. I had executive lounge access which was excellent and it was so lovely to see the wonderful Mahmood who keeps it all running smoothly. For me, from the red ladies team, all the way up to the staff at the rooftop pool, the staff are the best in the world. Making your stay the best it can be is what they do and they sure did .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
