"We cannot say enough good things about the property and Barbie and Matt! We’ve been to Fripp five or six times now, and this is our favorite house we’ve ever been in. The house is beautiful, clean, just as described, and the location is fantastic. The included golf cart is also a huge bonus. Barbie and Matt are very helpful and always respond quickly to any questions."

"The perfect accommodations for my retired friends and me to enjoy the beach and pools and bike paths at Fripp. The screen porch was the perfect morning and evening gathering spot. Our host, Ingrid, was prompt in all the communications and even delivered a couple of extra coffee mugs for us. I highly recommend!"

"Perfect location for a low country get-away in a natural setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage on St. Helenas Island located less than 25 minutes from any of the places we visited; Beaufort, Huntington Beach, Cypress Gardens Nature Preserve and Port Royal. The setting is in a very quiet area just minutes away from the Beaufort River, Lands End beach and spectacular sunsets. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We will absolutely stay here again.Mary Beth W"

"Lovely home. Plenty of room to spread out. Unfortunately, the screened porch and the front porch were not ready for outdoor living. I had to clean up those areas as best I could. The pollen, dead bugs and dust were thick. Also, the hall bathroom needs a really through cleaning. These are not meant as complaints, just as areas of concern. We enjoyed the top floor living area...watched a movie and played some games. Very nice time with family.Thanks so much for hosting us in your home."
