Key card woes
"Be prepared for your key card not to work. Multiple times we would get back to the hotel and have to have our key reprogrammed. It was frustrating. Other than that the stay was nice."

My room was a handicap room so there was a walk in shower with a hand held shower without being able to hang it up. Without a barrier at the bottom, there ended up being water all over the floor. It would have been nice to be warned ahead of time.
