"This property is not well kept. Advertised non-smoking room and it is not that at all. Not well cleaned at all. Very over priced! Will not book here ever again"

"Terrible staff. Locked front door so front desk person could nap while i was stuck outside late at night waiting to check in. Not even an effort to apologize or compensate for the severe inconvenience. Breakfast was poor and several items just unavailable. Would NEVER stay here again. "

"Room was clean, no frills, no breakfast. Checked in at 10PM and had to use the lobby phone to get someone to come to the registration desk. Checked out at 8AM and still nobody at the desk."

"Room was clean, but the door handle had seen better days. My door was left open by the cleaning crew, luckily I didn't have anything worth stealing. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent. That was the only reason I booked this hotel, the photos showed a hot breakfast included. The staff was nice and helpful."

"When we got there, we cancelled the reservation. The pictures on Hotel.com are not the same as the Hotel in person. We saw the rooms. They smelled so bad. I informed the desk clerk and showed him the pictures on Hotel.com. He said a third party put those pictures online. I said to him that is not right, and this is what I thought we where getting. The clerk got an attitude, and offered two more rooms. We said no and that those rooms smell terrible and we can’t stay there. He said why did we look at the rooms first. I said cancel. The room smells too bad. He gave us two receipts with zero balance."

"Hard location to turn into "

"The first room had worn, black stains in the tub, two refrigerators in the room, one was an old apartment refrigerator, and the bathroom walls were peeling and bubbling. Disgusting. They gave us another room. Won't stay here again."
